I started as a student at Humber College where I got an advanced diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology. Then I moved to Sudbury to get a Chemical Engineering degree at Laurentian University. When I was doing my chemical engineering degree, I started working with Dr. Ubi Wichoski in LU’s physics department working with the PICASSO detectors at LU. From there I started helping with installing PICO-60 MUON veto, and then continued with building PICO-40.
Once I graduated from Chemical Engineering at LU I was a hired as an EIT tech through the McDonald Institute at LU and continued working on PICO and started working on SNO+. In 2021 I was hired as an Engineer in Training (EIT) in SNOLAB’s Projects Management Office.
In 2023 I received my PEng licence and was hired as a Project Engineer at SNOLAB PMO’s Department. In 2025 I was hired as a Project Manager at SNOLAB
In my time at SNOLAB, I have worked with/on PICO, SNO+, DAMIC, nEXO, and SuperCMDS
Every day in the PMO is different, from planning meetings to technical design, to answering emails.
