SNOLAB featured on Nobel Labs 360°

Take a guided tour of SNOLAB with Nobel Laureate, Dr. Art McDonald. The project Nobel Labs 360° is an outreach initiative of the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings.  

The Nobel Labs 360 project currently features 15 interactive 360° tours that allow Nobel Laureates to make their workplaces accessible virtually to anyone interested in looking behind the scenes!  German photographer Volker Steger’s 360° panoramic photos depict intricate details of these diverse lab spaces.  

The SNOLAB tour with Dr. Art McDonald takes you into the SNO+ detector, on the deck of the DEAP 3600 detector, into the DEAP 3600 control room, and the surface clean labs.  The interactive tour is embedded with video and audio recordings that allow you to meet students and researchers at each stop and make discoveries along the way.

About the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings

The annual Lindau meetings bring Nobel Laureates together with undergraduates, PhD students and post-doc researchers from all over the world.
