Instructions for Submission of Materials for Gamma counting

• To request counting services please fill in the form below for Gamma counting with as many details as possible about the sample which you would like counted.


• Materials should be prepared so that they will fit into a standard 1 L Marinelli Beaker, samples can also be prepared for our 180 mL or 500 mL Marinelli beakers for small samples and for our 4 L Marinelli Beaker for very large samples. See the above beaker descriptions to determine the best way to prepare the sample.


• Materials should be sent to Dimpal Chauhan, Steffon Luoma or Ian Lawson at SNOLAB with a clear description of the material to be assayed.
